The Fear Project

So I just finished this book called The Fear Project by Jaimal Yogis. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Basically the whole book is about him analyzing how fear has affected events in his life. He analyzes his parents divorce, his break ups and how fear has played a role in his surfing lifestyle. He sprinkles in lots of good scientific studies that help to understand how fear works and influences every day decisions throughout the stories. It's a fairly short read (something like 300 pages), but it will definitely give you a new perspective on fear. You can get the book from Amazon here: The Fear Project: What Our Most Primal Emotion Taught Me About Survival, Success, Surfing . . . and Love
